By accessing and using RealtimeKeyword ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RealtimeKeyword provides real-time trending keyword data from Google Trends across multiple countries. The Service aggregates and displays trending search terms with explanations in multiple languages.

We update our data every 3 hours to provide the most current trending information available.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service
• Use any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages than a human can reasonably produce
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission

4. Data Accuracy and Availability

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, RealtimeKeyword makes no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the trending data displayed.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

5. Third-Party Content

Our Service displays data sourced from Google Trends and news content from various sources. We are not responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, or decency of content provided by third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RealtimeKeyword and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The trending data itself is sourced from public sources (Google Trends) and is subject to the terms of those respective services.

7. User-Generated Content

If you submit any content to the Service (such as through contact forms), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Service.

8. Advertising

The Service may display advertisements. By using the Service, you agree that we may place such advertising on the Service.

We use Google AdSense for advertising. Your interactions with advertisements are subject to the policies of the respective advertisers.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RealtimeKeyword, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RealtimeKeyword and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Service, and any service or material we provide, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RealtimeKeyword operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
